What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

I really didn't see a downside. I interviewed the Hirewell team to ensure they could fill my needs, which were a little out of their scope. Through the interview process I learned that they take a listen, prepare and then perform approach. They listened to my needs analysis, did their research on my industry and then began the search. We did have one candidate that was hired, but didn't work out and they handled the situation well by giving me another candidate search at no additional charge.
