Support their HR team of 2 people so that they could lead other strategic HR projects
Quickly lean their business and ramp up hiring in a way that would make a lasting impact
Work cross-functionally to hire and onboard sales, marketing, technology, and client success individuals

Approach

Establishing a Hirewell Account Manager onsite to act as an extension of their talent acquisition team.

Sourcing, screening, scheduling phone interviews/onsite panel interviews, collecting feedback/debriefing, delivering offer letters, and facilitating any candidate negotiations

Utilizing their ATS to streamline their recruiting process through leadership (Head of HR)
