We retained Hirewell to identify a new CRO and CTO, as well as several other key Engineering, HR, Finance, and Marketing roles. Without an recruiter as a full-time staff member, we needed full service from HireWell -- everything from help with job description, through sourcing candidates, all the way through to evaluating and negotiating compensation plans.
