Shania joined Hirewell in 2022 specializing in marketing recruiting. She is originally from Ceres, California, and graduated from Southern Oregon University. Recruiting allows her to create new connections with many different people and positively impact their lives. A job is more than what meets the eye, as it can mean a new fresh start for someone, a way to provide for someone’s family and change their lives completely. Shania loves being part of this process and it motivates her to be the best recruiter she can be. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her church, and playing pickleball! Fun fact, she was named after a country star, Shania Twain!
