Patrick Kozyra

Based in Chicago, Patrick Kozyra joined Hirewell in December 2025, specializing in Corporate Functions with a focus on Finance & Accounting. He’s motivated by helping people find roles where they’re truly valued and enjoys partnering with companies to learn how their businesses have grown and evolved. Introduced to Hirewell by Eliza, Patrick is most excited to work alongside a team of driven and talented individuals.

Originally from Lindenhurst, IL, Patrick is a big fan of football (Bears & Seahawks) and basketball (Bulls). Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying lake life, wakeboarding or wakesurfing, working out, attending car events and race tracks, or hunting down the best espresso martini in Chicago. Fun fact: he speaks Polish and once broke a lap record at Laguna Seca.
