Mike Theron

Mike, let me know what you think of this bio: Meet Mike Theron, a sales recruiting specialist who joined Hirewell in March 2022 through the acquisition of Rainmakers. Originally from Reading, England, and a graduate of the University of Arizona, Mike is passionate about helping startups and high-growth companies find the right talent to fuel their growth. He believes that the people in a business are the most critical factor in its success, making his role in recruiting especially meaningful.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys cars, playing guitar, snowboarding, camping, and golf. A true motorsports fan, he has attended iconic endurance races like the 24 Hours of Le Mans, 24 Hours of Daytona, and 12 Hours of Sebring.

Fun Fact: Big Formula 1 fan and has snowboarded more than 1.5 Million vertical feet in his life.
