Michelle Mehlis brings over 13 years of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development experience including leading the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team for a publicly traded company. Most recently she has worked with Tech startups. In addition to being a full-desk Recruiter focused on candidate experience, she helps companies identify and market their employee value proposition, develop effective job postings, build Talent pipelines through sourcing, develop effective hiring processes, train hiring teams, and optimize their ATS. She’s managed searches for entry through executive-level including Tech Engineering & Ops, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, Product Design, Product Management, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Business Analytics, and now Marketing. She led a DEI internship program for three years which helped over 80 companies like Discover, Abbvie, ITW, and Barilla build diverse Talent pipelines, develop their managers to be effective leaders of diverse GenZ talent, and create engaging employee experiences. Michelle also holds her SHRM – SCP certification complementing her Talent focus with experience in compensation analysis, succession planning, payroll, benefits administration, and employment-related Sox controls.
Michelle enjoys traveling, especially beach vacations and seeing new cultures, flower gardening, and home rehabbing.
