Meet Kayla, who joined Hirewell in 2024. She is originally from Sacramento California and graduated from Chico State University. She enjoys recruiting because it allows her to learn every day about different industries, companies, and teams. As a recruiter, Kayla takes on the responsibility of finding the perfect match between a candidate and a company. It’s much like finding the missing piece to the puzzle. It’s a blast and extremely rewarding! Outside of work, she enjoys bartending and cooking. Fun fact, she built an entire bar in her house from the ground up!
