With over 15 years at Hirewell, Dawn Maragos has held a variety of roles including Sourcer, Recruiter, Client Manager, Team Leader, and now Operations Executive. She is passionate about solving problems, whether it’s helping clients tackle hiring challenges or supporting internal teams to perform at their best.

Dawn is energized by the ever-evolving talent market and enjoys using her experience to shape strategy and drive results. She values collaboration and is always looking for ways to enhance both client success and team effectiveness.

A proud Florida State alum (Go Noles!) and a newly minted dance mom, Dawn spends most of her time with her two daughters and loves traveling with her husband to explore new cities through their Eater heat maps.
