Brian Heil

Brian is passionate about customer discovery and insight-driven brand messaging. Brian brings 15 years of experience across various roles in marketing, project management, account management, and sales. He has found success over the years by being an active listener and a creative problem solver. Brian is excited to contribute to Hirewell’s vision to redefine recruiting by establishing an ecosystem of services and products that comprehensively address recruiting’s long-standing challenges (e.g. sourcing). Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, fishing, traveling, rooting for the Cincinnati Bengals (Who Dey!), and spending quality time with family and friends. Fun fact, Brian has been to 5 continents and hopes to visit the remaining two in the next couple of years!
