Senior Product Manager

Salary Range : $150,000

We are building an operating system for care delivery that implements intelligent workflows to streamline care delivery and revolutionizes the patient experience outside the care setting. We offer an end-to-end platform that unifies fragmented health care data to enable providers, payors, and life science companies to automate care delivery operations - from patient communication to documentation to reimbursement. We uniquely use artificial intelligence to digitize existing care delivery workflows, giving clinicians infrastructure that learns from every encounter they have. We support a full suite of virtual care systems from automated patient intake and scheduling to remote monitoring and care pathways to billing and documentation. We are  backed by Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, Kevin Durant, Martin Ventures, and several healthcare strategic groups.

We have established a significant presence within health systems and is beginning to rapidly scale operations in this market as well as expanding focus to the broader healthcare ecosystem. To do so, we are growing our team and are excited to bring on a Senior Product Manager who brings expertise in healthcare. This role is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies and to help shape its product and success. In the process, you will have the opportunity to impact how the nation’s largest health systems and plans deliver care.

From this role, you will develop one of the deepest understanding of technology adoption in healthcare, our buyers, and our end users, and will need to distill market trends and buyer insights to proactively design product roadmap. You should not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leverage customer feedback and market research to prioritize features on the product roadmap
  • Provide thought leadership around our product suite, its market, and its role in reshaping care delivery
  • Manage prioritization and sprint planning based on sales/implementation input and engineering bandwidth
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to benchmark product performance
  • Support development of go-to-market strategy for product launches with product marketing and sales
  • Implement telemetry across the product and leveraging it to direct product iteration
  • Inform engineering priorities based on roadmap and customer feature requests
  • Write case studies on product usage outlining ROI


Qualifications (Required):

  • 5+ years experience working in a B2B/enterprise product role
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with engineers
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows across health systems, payors, and modernized healthcare delivery organizations
  • Track record of successful delivery of complex software products 
  • Track record of owning strategy for products/product suites/lines of business
  • Strong analytics and data-driven approach to prioritization and roadmap development
  • Detailed understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communicator - you should be able to seamlessly interface between technical and non-technical teams


Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Previous experience working at a healthcare SaaS company
  • MD, MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience working as an engineer
  • Experience interfacing directly with health systems and owning relationships with customers
  • Domain knowledge specific to care delivery and clinical workflows
