Senior Product Manager – Customer Data

Position Overview: We’re on the lookout for top-tier talent to take on the role of a Senior Product Manager, focusing on customer data and B2B customer registration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to translate business strategy into a robust technology product strategy.
  • Take ownership of the product roadmap, staying abreast of the competitive landscape and technological advancements.
  • Drive business growth by leveraging domain expertise, providing thought leadership, and translating vision into actionable plans.

Execution:

  • Clearly define and communicate value propositions, OKRs, success metrics, and outcomes.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of business processes within the domain and prioritize product capabilities accordingly.
  • Foster collaboration for cross-domain prioritization and sequencing of activities.
  • Document and track KPIs to measure relevant business goals effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a representative for the domain during enterprise planning and discovery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with the overarching product strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on the product roadmap.

Tactical:

  • Be the face of the business throughout the technology development process.
  • Document requirements through epics, features, and user stories.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Keep a close eye on releases and effectively communicate the delivery roadmap.
  • Plan and execute user showcases and acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with agile practitioners and engineering to enhance the overall delivery lifecycle.

Desired Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Over 5 years of professional experience as a Technical Product Manager.
  • Proficient in Customer Experience processes and technology, with a focus on data or onboarding.
  • Proven experience in “Source to Target” mapping for integration work between systems.
  • Strong understanding of Retail, Distribution, and Transportation domains.
  • Proficiency in working collaboratively within a cross-functional, modern software design, and development team.
  • Strong skills in creating, prioritizing, and accepting epics and user stories.
  • Experience in conducting user research and testing to comprehend needs.
  • Ability to identify goals, metrics, and analytics to effectively measure product value.
  • Previous exposure to B2B or B2C registration, onboarding, and data management.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or Aha!
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Location:

  • Choose between two work locations, Duluth or Atlanta office.
