About the Position

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help create insights and actions for our sales and business development teams.  You will be responsible for driving and enabling the sales and leadership teams to increase opportunities, drive revenue, and become more effective and efficient.  You will also be supporting internal and external stakeholders with the development of analytical tools and reporting for better decision making.  This is a tremendous opportunity to shape the future of our business and be at the forefront of exciting products that demonstrate tremendous value to our Clients 

What you’ll do:

  • Support and drive decision making through analytics to analyze the efficiencies of new tools and processes to help broaden sales initiatives
  • Develop and maintain standardized and centrally managed sales performance reports making use of advance data and reporting tools such as SQL and excel
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales and business development teams to ensure the efficient adoption of reports and drive performance on KPIs/OKRs
  • Provide analytical insight on sales performance to identify root causes and influence the direction of sales strategy and priorities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and maintain financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Proactively identify gaps and errors in data and reporting and work towards improving those areas
  • Operationalize new rollouts and provide analytical support in detail upon request from leadership

What you’ve done:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, 1-3 years of sales ops leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Proven success with fast moving sales or technology companies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Your obsession with organization and documentation rubs off on others
  • A successful track record of working directly with leadership teams
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated team player who can succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment
