HVAC Technician

Bassett Services is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated HVAC Technician team. HVAC Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment

• Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
• Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement

• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills

• Maintain strong customer service

• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

Qualifications:???

• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors

Pay: Unlimited profit sharing + base hourly. Top techs are making $120,000+
