Role Summary
We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of athletic and institutional equipment across GA, AL, and TN. This role offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to advance into a leadership position as we continue to scale. While experience with athletic or institutional equipment is a plus, it’s not required—our team provides comprehensive training for individuals with broad mechanical aptitude and a background in construction and/or equipment repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service athletic, institutional products, and equipment.
- Perform inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide repair solutions to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports on installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety standards during installation and service procedures.
- Travel across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee multiple times per week to service client locations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and collect and record precise measurements.
- Experience in construction or mechanical work.
- Familiarity with working on construction sites, including the ability to read and interpret architectural (arc/blueprint) drawings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Superintendents, General Contractors, and other site personnel.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment handling, construction, or similar technical systems.
- Willingness to adapt to a variety of tasks and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Background in athletic or institutional equipment installation or repair.
