Executive Vice President – IWS Business Unit (Executive Director)

Direct Hire

Salary Range: $210,000 - $275,000

Are you a change agent looking for an opportunity with a fast-growing organization to make a significant impact with your leadership skills? Are you interested in breaking the mold of what an association ‘is’ and challenging the status quo – driving value and growth of a nationally and internationally recognized organization?

The National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) is the national leader in healthcare quality, setting the standard for workforce excellence. With innovative products and services designed for healthcare professionals and organizations, we support a mission-driven approach to improving outcomes and ensuring a higher quality of care at a sustainable cost. NAHQ is widely recognized and awarded, and it recently announced a strategic alliance with The Joint Commission where they endorsed NAHQ’s framework and programs.

NAHQ seeks a dynamic Executive Vice President to own and drive growth in our Business-to-Consumer (B2C) business division, which represents the scope of a traditional membership/certification association fused with a start-up energy and mentality.

Reporting to the CEO, the EVP of Individual Workforce Solutions (IWS) ensures NAHQ’s vision and thought leadership translate into exceptional member experiences while advancing healthcare quality certification standards. This role oversees and expands a profitable portfolio of offerings for healthcare quality professionals with the intention to engage and convert a broader audience of healthcare “quality-curious” workers into NAHQ customers. By delivering innovative products and programs, you will redefine the healthcare quality community, meeting the needs of a five-generation workforce and encouraging the broader healthcare workforce to embrace quality as essential to their success.

You will own P&L, growth, the product offerings, their value propositions, customer experience, and successful operation for the division – overseeing teams responsible for Membership, Education, Events, Accreditation, and Customer Service. In collaboration with the CEO and leadership of the B2B division, you will drive NAHQ’s vision and product roadmap for B2C offerings while also positioning the organization as the national leader in healthcare quality through individual member and customer experiences.
