We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining all aspects of contract administration to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
  • Review, a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Ensure contracts align with company policies, legal standards, and business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation:
  • Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose solutions to mitigate exposure.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with local, state, federal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries and communications.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams to gather and integrate necessary information.
  • Tracking and Reporting:
  • Maintain a centralized repository for contracts and ensure accurate tracking of contract lifecycles, renewals, and obligations.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance issues, and key metrics for stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role.
    • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
    • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Paralegal certification or legal background is a plus.
    • Experience in the CPG or Food Services industries 
    • Familiarity with compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO standards.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary of  $90 – $100K with comprehensive benefits package and 15% target bonus
