The ACD is a complete creative, responsible for leading a team in design excellence. The ACD collaborates with the CD in directing the activities of the group in accordance with the agency’s standards of creative excellence and profitability, while exceeding client’s expectations. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

The Work

• Be an expert on client business beyond creative challenges
• Manage projects from creative concept to execution; lead the entire process and substantiate strategic direction with design justification 
• Ultimately deliver innovative, conceptual design solutions for our clients
• An experienced presenter responsible for high-level presentations and frequent client contact
• Plan and lead brainstorming sessions 
• Keep abreast of evolving design and cultural trends; actively aware of emerging technology, sharing with the team as appropriate
• Partner with account team to develop and present design solutions to our clients

The Team/Agency

• Partner with Creative Directors to produce conceptual, strategic design solutions for our clients
• Mentor and supervise design team while challenging and introducing new and innovative methods of design execution
• Ensure healthy creative team environment; contribute to culture of the company
• Contribute to new business pitches as needed
• Assist in recruitment of new talent and act as ambassador for the agency

 EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS:

• Passionate, inspirational, organized and highly collaborative leader
• Exhibit eagerness to learn and grow professionally, as well as teaching and mentoring others
• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Design
•  6+ years progressive design experience

 Our client has adopted a hybrid working environment. It is required for employees to be in office Tuesday-Thursday and can work from home Monday and Friday
