This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys combining marketing strategy with technical execution. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Revenue teams to design experiments, automate workflows, improve conversion across the marketing funnel, and build scalable growth infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has experience running growth experiments, building marketing systems, and using data to continuously improve performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute technical growth experiments across websites, landing pages, forms, and customer journeys.
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and conversion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute initiatives that improve marketing performance and pipeline generation.
  • Develop and maintain marketing analytics and attribution processes to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Build landing pages, microsites, and lightweight web experiences using CMS platforms or front-end technologies.
  • Create integrations and automations between marketing platforms to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Develop and maintain an experimentation framework, including hypothesis development, testing methodology, measurement, and documentation.
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Evaluate new marketing technologies and recommend tools that improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Document experiment outcomes and establish repeatable best practices.

  • Experience designing, implementing, and measuring A/B or multivariate experiments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, attribution, lifecycle marketing, and lead generation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools.
  • Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who enjoys testing, learning, and iterating quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

  • B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Marketing technology implementations
  • APIs, integrations, or automation scripting
  • SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Personalization and customer journey optimization
  • Customer data platforms or marketing data infrastructure

  • Improved the reliability of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Successfully launched multiple experiments with clear documentation and learnings.
  • Contributed to meaningful improvements in marketing efficiency and pipeline generation.

Why Consider This Opportunity?
