Tax Manager

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

We’re partnered with a global, multi-entity organization seeking a Tax Manager to join a growing and evolving tax function.

This is a well-rounded role spanning tax compliance, provision (ASC 740), planning, and international exposure, with strong visibility across finance and leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance across multiple entities
• Support and own ASC 740 tax provision and reporting
• Partner with external advisors on tax filings and strategy
• Assist with tax planning initiatives including structuring and M&A support
• Monitor changes in tax law and assess business impact
• Support indirect tax efforts (sales tax, VAT, GST)
• Manage tax account reconciliations and audit support
• Drive process improvements and automation within the tax function

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA required
• 5+ years of tax experience (public accounting and/or industry)
• Strong experience with ASC 740 tax provision
• Exposure to multi-entity and ideally multinational environments
• Working knowledge of international tax concepts
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
