Manager of Strategic Accounts

Job Type: Full-time; Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and realization of expansion opportunities to drive increased revenue across the existing customer base.
  • Build and maintain robust, high-level relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure deep organizational alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute effective account strategies, utilizing established templates for the Strategic Account and Partnership plans.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and relevant reports based on realistic close timelines.
  • Gather and communicate product improvement recommendations and critical feedback from customer interactions in the field back to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document and maintain detailed account user hierarchies, including executive sponsors, mobilizers, power users, and other strategic contacts essential for expansion success.
  • Participate in CS account reviews, client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other strategic touchpoints to gain deep intelligence on account performance and proactively identify new engagement opportunities.
  • Partner with the Account Executive (AE), CS, Marketing, and Executive teams to surface, document, and promote existing account wins and successes across the organization.

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically selling supply chain solutions to large discrete manufacturers.
  • Experience selling strategic, enterprise-level mission-critical solutions (SCM, ERP, BI) is a plus.
  • A strong enthusiasm for working in customer-facing roles, coupled with excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Expert at leveraging C-suite engagement across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to uncover business value, influence buying decisions, and drive large-scale sales outcomes.
  • Must be an articulate, persuasive, and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work and act independently, demonstrating a pro-active and self-starter approach.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet the demands of the strategic
    accounts.
