Job Type: Full-time; On-site

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all drivers and site personnel maintain compliance with federal regulations.
• Oversee and review daily ELD reports and pinpoint improper reporting.
• Collect documentation from drivers, including truck information and driver information but not limited to truck registration, logs, and medical cards.
• Performs continuous auditing and inspections to driver qualification files for driver safety success.
• Reviews Roadside inspections, and DOT recordable accidents within the FMCSA platform, request accident reports.
• Maintains DOT Accident Register for the fleet and ensures applicable post-accident DOT drug/alcohol testing is completed, as required per FMCSA, within the allotted time frame.

Experience:

• 3+ drayage transportation and safety management experience is required
• 2+ years of experience in the import and export industry required
• 2+ years of fleet management experience is required
• Strong understanding of ELDs & daily logs
• Strong understanding DOT Regulations, Hours of Service, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of Federal and State traffic laws and requirements for tractor/trailer equipment
• High proficiency level with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet – daily use of advanced functions is required.
