Charter Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Responsibilities:
- Follow a structured sales process to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively.
- Apply company pricing guidelines strategically to maximize margins while remaining competitive.
- Proactively follow up on sales quotes as outlined in the company’s quote follow-up process.
- Leverage past client relationships and history to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and develop new business leads through outreach and networking.
- Complete and submit charter orders accurately and promptly, ensuring payment is collected in accordance with company procedures.
- Work with clients to obtain complete travel itineraries, including any special requirements, in a timely manner.
- Maintain current and accurate booking information by processing changes and updates promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with operations, dispatch, and the marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and service process.
- Respond to customer concerns professionally and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and company offerings.
- Attend events and engage with current and potential clients to
strengthen business relationships.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in transportation, travel, or hospitality industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
This position offers a competitive base salary.
