About the Company

We are an innovative, entrepreneurial leader in the consumer goods space, built on a foundation of disruptive thinking and a “people-first” culture. Since our inception, we have transformed from a boutique operation into a global powerhouse with a portfolio of market-leading brands. We pride ourselves on hiring passionate owners who are determined to raise the bar and drive operational excellence.

The Opportunity

As the Technical Program Manager, you will orchestrate the delivery of high-impact technology initiatives supporting our US Supply Chain and Manufacturing divisions. This role is a cornerstone of our IT organization, enabling business scale and digital transformation. You will serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure every program is delivered with transparency, financial discipline, and tangible business value.

Core Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Oversight: Manage the US Supply Chain IT roadmap, ensuring all technical work aligns with enterprise strategic objectives and resource capacity.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Owners and Agile teams to synchronize execution across multiple complex workstreams.

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full program lifecycle—from initial intake and budgeting to resource planning and final deployment.

  • Governance & Standards: Define and maintain consistent delivery methodologies and reporting frameworks across the portfolio.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical and operational dependencies, developing robust mitigation strategies and managing executive escalations.

  • Executive Reporting: Provide high-visibility updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and steering committees.

  • Agile Advocacy: Champion Agile best practices, working alongside Scrum Masters to maintain momentum and team accountability.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical portfolio or program management within complex, high-growth environments.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing geographically distributed, cross-functional teams across engineering and product functions.

  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience driving delivery via Scrum methodologies.

  • Technical Literacy: A strong technical foundation, specifically supporting enterprise-scale automation or supply chain technology environments.

  • Tooling: High proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, ERP systems, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority.

Who You Are

  • Strategist & Executor: You can ideate at a high level but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the work done.

  • Momentum Driver: You move at pace, anticipating roadblocks and enlisting others to solve complex problems.

  • Curious & Proactive: You possess a “can-do” attitude and a hunger to stay at the forefront of project management trends.

  • Culture Champion: You prioritize relationship building, trust, and the development of your peers.
