Position Overview

Our Technology Solutions group is seeking a proactive and strategic AI Business Analyst to join the Modern Workplace Team. This role is essential in advancing our artificial intelligence roadmap by bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify, shape, and implement AI opportunities that drive significant enterprise value.

The ideal candidate will excel at domain analysis, rapid prototyping, and executing complex AI initiatives that align with our long-term digital transformation goals.

Core Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Solution Design

  • Serve as the lead analyst for AI workstreams, engaging with business units to map processes, identify friction points, and define objectives.

  • Evaluate and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that offer measurable ROI.

  • Convert abstract business requirements into technical solution concepts powered by generative AI.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.

Prototyping & Technical Validation

  • Develop and iterate on Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Automate, AI Foundry) to test feasibility.

  • Present experimental results and strategic recommendations to leadership to secure project approval.

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Act as the primary liaison between business leads, the Modern Workplace Team, and technical engineering squads.

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, managing requirements through the build, test, and deployment phases.

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and partner with Change Management to ensure high user adoption and effective training.

  • Utilize Azure DevOps to maintain transparency, track progress, and manage backlogs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Distill complex technical AI concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.

  • Remain at the forefront of the evolving AI landscape, incorporating industry best practices into internal workflows.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: 7+ years in business or process analysis, specifically within technology enablement. Experience in Financial Services is highly preferred.

  • AI Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise-grade GenAI, including:

    • LLM Applications: Experience with summarization, drafting, and Q&A “Copilot” tools.

    • Automation: Knowledge of workflow orchestration, API integration, and human-in-the-loop validation.

    • Governance: Familiarity with prompt testing, content safety, and data minimization.

    • Model Adaptation: Ability to guide the fine-tuning of models using domain-specific datasets.

    • Agentic Design: Understanding of goal decomposition and the application of AI assistants for research and orchestration.

    • RAG & Grounding: Knowledge of how to ground LLMs in proprietary content to ensure accuracy and reduce hallucinations.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency with PoC tools like Copilot Studio and AI Foundry to demonstrate “the art of the possible” to developers.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a focus on building bridges between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to a “Gold Standard” in-office/hybrid work culture.

Critical Competencies

  • Leadership: Acts as a role model by prioritizing high-impact goals and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team environment.

  • Results-Oriented: Delivers high-quality outcomes consistently while navigating obstacles and maintaining accountability.

  • Analytical Thinking: Employs rigorous reasoning to solve complex problems and anticipates potential risks before they arise.

  • Technical Communication: Expertly documents and explains specialized processes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
