Senior Corporate Accountant (Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid NYC)

$40–50/hour + 10% bonus | 1–2 days onsite weekly

We’re working with a well-known CPG company that’s looking to bring on a Senior Corporate Accountant in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role is ideal for someone looking for a hybrid schedule (1–2 days onsite in NYC) and the opportunity to join a collaborative finance team with long-term growth potential.

Key Details

• Contract-to-hire structure with intent to convert
• Pay rate: $40–50/hour
• Schedule: Hybrid (1–2 days/week onsite, 3–4 days remote)
• Location: NYC
• Systems: SAP, BPC, Excel

What You’ll Do

• Own general ledger activity and full-cycle month-end close
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reclasses
• Perform intercompany and fixed asset accounting
• Support audit prep and financial reporting
• Collaborate across U.S. and Canadian teams

What You Bring

• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
• SAP or other large ERP experience
• Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail
• CPG or manufacturing background preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
