💵 $150,000 to $175,000 base + 50% target bonus + equity

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling company in the construction-tech space that is revolutionizing how homes are built using advanced robotics and manufacturing automation. As they enter a major growth phase, they’re looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance to take full ownership of the function and help guide the business toward its next stage.

Highlights:

• Fully onsite in Northbrook, IL
• $150K to $175K base salary + 50% target bonus + equity
• Full ownership of FP&A, forecasting, internal reporting, and cash management
• Partner directly with founders and cross-functional leadership
• Build a lean, high-performing finance org to support continued expansion

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategy with operations
• Design and implement systems for scalable reporting and visibility
• Advise on capital planning, pricing, and unit economics
• Play a key role in strategic planning and operational optimization

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in startup or manufacturing environments
• Strong foundation in cost modeling, cash flow forecasting, and operational metrics
• Hands-on, data-driven leadership style with executive presence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite, founder-led culture
