The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can bring clarity, accuracy, and insight to a fast-moving, multi-system environment. You’ll dig into operational data, solve problems that others can’t see, and strengthen the data backbone that powers decision-making across the organization. What You’ll Do

• Understand operational workflows and how data moves through them

• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, anomalies, and quality issues

• Communicate updates, questions, and findings to regional data stakeholders

• Train and support team members to improve data entry and accuracy

• Collaborate with system owners (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Applied Epic) to maintain data alignment

• Partner with data contacts to identify issues and implement long-term fixes

• Create and enforce quality assurance standards and procedures

• Prepare datasets, dashboards, and visualizations that support reporting needs

• Monitor and uphold data governance policies and stewardship best practices

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL

• Experience with platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Applied Epic (a plus)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in operations or a multi-system environment

• Experience developing or implementing data quality policies is preferred

• Ability to build reports and graphics for dashboards and presentations
