Senior/Principal Product Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete product management lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create innovative products that satisfy customer needs and align with business goals.
• Define and prioritize product features, gather requirements, and create product specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product development strategies.
• Track product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve products.
• Serve as the primary contact for product-related questions and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall objectives of the organization.
• Mentor junior product managers and promote a culture of innovation and best practices within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a successful track record in managing software or technology products.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging metrics for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies and product management frameworks.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience leading product strategy in a dynamic technology environment.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and customer journey mapping.
• Previous experience in a senior or principal product management role is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of SaaS products and cloud technologies is a plus.
