Commercial Electrical Project Manager

This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives on managing budgets, schedules, and teams while delivering high-quality results for clients. You’ll be the driving force behind successful project execution, coordinating with electricians, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial electrical projects from planning through completion

• Develop project plans, schedules, and workflows

• Manage budgets, resources, and project costs

• Coordinate teams, including electricians, engineers, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues proactively

• Identify and mitigate project risks

• Provide updates and reports to management and clients

• Oversee project closeout, including documentation, as-built drawings, and client handoff

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management

• Knowledge of ServiceTitan and other project management tools

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, materials, and installation procedures

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and proposals

• Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including exposure to weather and climbing ladders

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
