Senior Program Manager – Corporate Applications
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact, enterprise-scale initiatives from design through delivery and post-implementation support. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing complex client programs, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes in dynamic environments.
The ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and program leadership expertise, allowing them to guide teams, manage cross-functional workstreams, and deliver measurable business results. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential, as this role involves working with diverse stakeholders across large organizations.
Key Responsibilities

Define program requirements, objectives, and success measures through a structured charter.

Establish governance frameworks and communication strategies to maintain alignment.

Develop and oversee integrated program and project plans across multiple workstreams.

Drive collaboration and accountability across organizational boundaries.

Ensure delivery of program milestones and overall objectives.

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with a focus on excellence in service delivery.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Coordinate planning, discovery, and delivery sessions with executives and cross-functional teams.

Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and status updates throughout program execution.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of program or technical management experience in large, complex enterprises.

Proven track record leading initiatives such as data migration, application rationalization, IT transformation, or infrastructure modernization.

Strong background in enterprise technology environments, including applications, platforms, and infrastructure.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.

Adept at using methodologies such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Experience building and maintaining relationships with IT leadership and key decision-makers.

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Broad awareness of current and emerging technology trends.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Azure certification a plus.
