Staff Software Engineer – Agentic AI

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to push the boundaries of applied AI in healthcare. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, solving complex technical challenges, and seeing their work directly impact real-world users.

What You’ll Do

• Design, architect, and implement advanced agentic AI systems that power our suite of products

• Collaborate closely with leadership to set technical direction and deliver core product features

• Build new systems from scratch while continuously improving performance and scalability of existing ones

• Drive technical excellence within the engineering team by sharing expertise and mentoring peers

What You’ll Bring

• Deep hands-on experience developing scalable agentic AI systems

• Proficiency with at least one agentic framework, with knowledge across others

• Strong practical background with modern LLMs, including fine-tuning and deploying production-grade models

• Expertise in React and either Python or Node.js

• Experience working in dynamic startup settings and collaborating across distributed teams

• Solid foundation in ML, AI, and applied LLM technologies

Tech Stack

• Frontend: ReactJS

• Databases: SQL and NoSQL

• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
