The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to join our leadership team and play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our product. This is a chance to scale both our AI agents and our engineering team while driving innovation in one of the most impactful industries today.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, design, and implement next-generation agentic AI systems

• Scale our AI agents and grow the engineering team around them

• Partner closely with our co-founders to build core components and take the product to the next level

• Improve existing systems and design new ones from scratch, both independently and by leading other engineers

What We’re Looking For

• Proven people leadership with a strong bias for action

• Deep, hands-on experience architecting and implementing agentic AI systems at scale

• Proficiency with at least one agentic framework, with familiarity across others

• Strong background working with cutting-edge LLMs — from fine-tuning to production deployment

• Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating with global teams

• Expertise in React plus either Python or Node.js

• Solid knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMs
