Job Objective
Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships by servicing accounts within the industrial and transportation sectors, providing outstanding service for lubricant, fuel, and related products. Reinforce sales management practices to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based on location, size, and operation.
Customer Relations

Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established in consultation with branch management

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers in the manufacturing, industrial, and transportation industries

Present new lubricant and fluid products to customers
-
Follow up with customers on orders and inquiries
-
Maintain and update customer pricing
Leadership
-
Ensure customer satisfaction
-
Promote the company’s capabilities to customers
-
Promote marketing promotions and programs to customers
-
Develop and maintain vendor relations
-
Explain company policies and procedures (warranty information, collections policy, return goods policy, etc.)
-
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
-
Participate in training other associates and act as a mentor
-
Assist in the development of the Annual Strategic Planner, including the sales budget for assigned accounts
-
Monitor sales trends and product performance results
-
Coach inside sales associates on account planning to grow accounts and serve customers more effectively
-
Continually enhance sales skills to maintain a professional image
-
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
-
Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring quality customer service
-
Abide by all company policies, rules, and regulations, including safety procedures
-
Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives
-
Work overtime as needed
-
Possess and maintain an unrestricted, valid driver’s license

Perform all duties in a manner that ensures health and safety for self, employees, customers, and the public

Requirements
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role
-
Experience in industrial fluids, lubricants, or related products is a plus but not required
-
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
-
Familiarity with B2B sales in industrial, manufacturing, or transportation sectors is beneficial
