Base Salary: $100k-$150k Base + MIP Bonus

 Job Objective

  • To drive the business development of sales and marketing strategies that will meet customer, sales, profitability, operational, and vendor objectives. Focus on growing national sales and gross profit to obtain budget goals. Enhance the overall sales capabilities of the sales force.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based on location, size, and operation.

Branch:

  • Drive Sales and Marketing activities to achieve gross profit goals and budget
  • Train and develop the sales skills of the Inside Sales Force
  • Helps drive the sales pipeline and assist in the closing process
  • Ensure to be compliant with all aspects of CRM
  • Liaison to the corporate office for sales and market activity and information for the assigned region
  • Drive branch sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales plan and material margin
  • Key Account activities/implement product programs
  • Monitor outside sales trends, KPI Indicators, performance, and results
  • Help with product development and identify opportunities (feedback/responsibility)
  • Assist Sales Director in developing sales and marketing strategies to meet goals and objectives (market planners/business cases)
  • Participate in the Sales Process: bi-weekly MAP calls, CRM sales process, monthly sales coaching per rep, sales meetings
  • Execute Corporate Sales and Marketing Initiatives within Assigned Region

Corporate:

  • Execute National Sales and Marketing Programs
  • Attend requested Corporate Sales and Marketing Meetings/events
  • Assist the Sales Director and ELT with acquisition assistance
  • Assist with National Account implementation & development
  • Work with the team to target/implement local marketing strategies and programs to increase corporate revenue
  • Available resource for support as needed (ex: HR / sourcing team / etc.)

Other:

  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, ensuring quality customer service
  • Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company, including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
  • Work overtime as needed
