Job Title: Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Execute product launches, ensuring effective communication and training for internal teams.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to enhance product features and user experience.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through development to launch and beyond.
• Oversee budget and resource allocation for product development efforts.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technology or software development environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and customer journey mapping.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and management.
• Experience working with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product effectiveness.
