Sr AI Customer Success Manager
Job Title: Senior AI Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Customer Success Manager to elevate client satisfaction and drive success for our customers!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and ensure success.
- Proactively monitor customer health and address concerns.
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to growth.
- Lead business reviews to assess performance and improvements.
- Gather customer feedback for product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years in customer success or account management.
- Strong understanding of customer success best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM and customer success tools.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero.
- Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
