The Role

We’re seeking an Assistant Vice President to fundamentally reimagine how work gets done across the firm through AI-native business process transformation. This is not a software engineering role. Rather, it’s for someone who can partner directly with business stakeholders, learn a business end-to-end, and redesign workflows, decision-making processes, and operating models with AI at the core, not simply layering AI onto what already exists.

The role covers major business domains including investment functions, investor relations, and back-office/core operations. You’ll follow processes across every team involved, from origination through execution, rather than staying siloed within a single group.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and roadmap AI transformation opportunities
• Conduct current-state and future-state assessments, challenging existing assumptions and redesigning processes using AI-first design principles
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders ranging from front-line users to senior executives
• Build business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks to secure executive buy-in
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to translate designs into executable roadmaps
• Develop reusable transformation frameworks and playbooks that scale across the firm
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical business applications

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
• 5+ years in business process transformation, process reengineering, management consulting, or strategic technology consulting
• Demonstrated experience leading operating model redesign or transformation initiatives
• Foundational understanding of modern AI capabilities (agentic systems, RAG, knowledge-grounding frameworks) and how they apply to business process redesign, technical depth not required
• Experience building cost models, ROI/TCO analyses, and business cases
• Strong facilitation skills; comfortable leading workshops with audiences from front-line staff to senior leadership
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical possibility into business terms for executive audiences
• Python familiarity a plus, not required
