Sales Executive – Drayage and Intermodal
Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow drayage customer accounts.
- Quote, negotiate, and close port drayage and intermodal shipments.
- Ensure healthy profit margins on every load.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain consistent communication and provide strong customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities in major port markets.
- Provide weekly updates on sales activity, pipeline, and customer development.

- Minimum 3 years of drayage or intermodal sales experience.
- Strong understanding of UIIA, TWIC, port appointment systems, Pier Pass, overweight permits, and chassis rules.
- Knowledge of drayage pricing, margins, accessorial, per diem, and port fees.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
