Channa Roach

BIO: Meet Channa Roach, a Go-to-Market and Sales recruiting specialist who joined Hirewell in June 2025. Originally from Austin, TX, Channa now works remotely from North Dallas.

Driven by the opportunity to connect the right people with the right opportunities, Channa thrives in the fast-paced, detail-oriented world of recruiting. She takes pride in building strong relationships and being part of a process that fuels both personal and company growth.

Channa attended Stephen F. Austin State University and brings a collaborative, growth-focused mindset to every search. She’s most excited to expand her skills, take on new challenges, and learn from the talented team around her.

Outside of work, Channa loves hosting events, designing digital content on Canva, and making lighthearted TikToks for a good laugh. She’s a CrossFit fan, a big fan of How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, and enjoys reading books like Being Happy by Andrew Matthews. Fun fact: she’s a two-time collegiate national champion in cheerleading!
