VP of Finance

Job Title: Senior Director / Vice President of Finance
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead and manage the financial planning, reporting, and strategy for our new Private Equity backed entity, Oasis Cups. As a key member of the executive team, the VP of Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital structure management, and financial risk mitigation. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to align financial strategies with overall corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
• Provide executive leadership with financial insights to drive business decisions and achieve operational efficiency.

1. Financial Planning and Analysiso Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

o Lead financial performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas
for improvement.

3. Financial Reporting and Compliance
o Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with
relevant regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
o Partner with audit committees and external auditors to maintain the highest
standards of corporate governance.

4. Risk Management
o Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust internal controls and risk
assessment frameworks.
o Lead initiatives to enhance cash flow management and liquidity planning.
5. Team Leadership
o Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or
CPA preferred).
? 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including prior experience in a
senior management role.
? Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and financial planning and analysis.
? Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
? Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including with investors, banks, and
regulatory bodies.

? Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; prior experience in a Consumer
Packaged Goods company is a plus.
