Sarah joined the Hirewell team in March of 2021, specializing in HR. What motivates her in recruiting is getting strong candidates with less traditional career paths, opportunities to interview with great companies. She also loves recruiting because she gets to engage and interact with so many different types of people across industries. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking, DIY home projects, running, and traveling. Fun fact is back when attending Santa Clara University, she got to study abroad in Australia.
