Sarah Kennedy

Sarah Kennedy specializes in Go-To-Market recruiting with a focus on marketing, digital, creative, and sales talent. With more than 13 years of experience in the staffing industry, she brings a strong background in technology, digital, and creative recruiting and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. Based in Rochester, NY, Sarah enjoys building relationships and making meaningful connections, which is what she loves most about recruiting.

Sarah joined Hirewell in March 2026 and is excited to expand her work with marketing leaders while also growing her focus in sales recruiting.

Outside of work, Sarah has a passion for travel and has visited 24 countries and counting. She also enjoys exploring wine bars and coffee shops, watching movies and TV, and listening to audiobooks, especially mystery and thriller titles or anything by Colleen Hoover. She is a football fan and proud member of Bills Mafia, and she is a mom to two kids and a rescue pup named Daisy. Fun fact: Sarah lived in Germany for two years while her husband was stationed there with the U.S. Army.
