Sam Yanczak

Based right outside of Philadelphia (originally from Clayton, NJ), Sam Yanczak joins Hirewell specializing in HR and Talent Acquisition. With a passion for solving organizational pain points by finding the right leaders, she thrives on the chase and the energy that comes from making the perfect match. Recruiting found her by accident, but she quickly fell in love with the work.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys barre classes, trying new restaurants, seeing live music, roller coasters, and beach days. She’s a big football fan (GO BIRDS!) and a former field hockey player. She is a proud #boymom to Miles & Jack and thrives in all the chaos that comes along with raising boys! Some of her favorite books to get lost in when she needs peace & quiet are No Ego by Cy Wakeman, and anything by Sarah J. Maas.
