Sam Preiser

Based in Cudahy, Wisconsin, Sam Preiser joined Hirewell in January 2026 through the Newance acquisition and specializes in Tech recruiting. She’s motivated by the long-term impact of hiring decisions — helping shape a company’s trajectory while also influencing someone’s career in a meaningful way. She enjoys the balance of empathy and strategy that recruiting requires, focusing on alignment that goes beyond a checklist to create lasting matches.

Sam studied Marketing at Milwaukee Area Technical College. When she’s not recruiting, she’s usually outdoors rock climbing or hiking, at a live show, or mapping out her next international trip. She’s also an unapologetic hockey fan (Go Admirals!).
