As a partner in Hirewell who works with some of Chicago’s top talent, Mike has landed a world away from where he grew up: on a farm with livestock and cash crops, the closest neighbors more than a mile away. However, his unique experiences growing up grounded Mike, and offer him a broader perspective as he connects with job seekers, talks with them about their passions and builds long-term, trustworthy relationships. With more than 20 years of recruiting experience, Mike is dedicated to finding the right jobs to help job seekers build their careers and the best people to help companies build their business. But work isn’t everything. When Mike isn’t focused on recruiting, you can find him fishing or following his high schooler’s music and sporting events.
