Matthew Ehley

I have worked for over 25 years helping clients find the right candidate while assiting individuals in their hunt to find the right company and career to call home. My focus has been primarily in the financial, insurance, employee benefits and retirement plan space but I have never been shy about learning other industries as well. I have worked with fortune 500 companies and small boutique firms just starting to build their practice. I have also had the pleasure of leading, training and mentoring a division of other likeminded recruiters in this space.

My philosophy ties in both the “Golden Rule” of treating others as you would want to be treated and our families creed of “Habent Autem” or ‘own up’. 

My spare time is spent with my two sons, daughter and wife in the southern suburbs of Chicago. FUN FACT: I have performed over 20 wedding ceremonies as an ordained minister and once even married a couple on a plane ride to Las Vegas.
