Marc Dobkin

Marc joined the Managed Recruiting Practice at Hirewell in March of 2021. He has 4+ years of recruiting/staffing experience all within the Telecom industry, specializing in wireless and wireline construction infrastructure and technical positions within the Telecom Industry across the United States for operators and vendors. His favorite thing about recruiting is being able to change people’s perception of the industry by being trusted with the career of a candidate or a critical role that a client is looking to fill. For Marc, there’s no better reward than making a difference in a candidate’s life and that moment when he can extend an offer, placing the perfect candidate into the perfect job. Outside of work, he loves drawing, hiking, photography, and spending time with both his lovely wife and his newborn son.
