Jessica Briante

Jessica Briante specializes in Sales Recruiting within the SaaS ecosystem, partnering with both high-growth startups and established enterprise leaders. Based in Newtown, CT (originally from Los Angeles, CA), Jessica is motivated by the thrill of the win and takes pride in helping great candidates cross the finish line. Her favorite part of recruiting is making the call to tell someone their hard work paid off and they landed the job.

Jessica joined Hirewell in March 2026 and is excited to be part of a highly collaborative team while continuing to deliver great outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Jessica loves staying active. A former softball player through high school, she is now a dedicated Peloton fan who enjoys weight training and HIIT workouts. She is also a fan of football (Go Buffalo Bills!), rom-coms, and deep-dive documentaries. Fun fact: Jessica is a twin, but she and her sister were born on either side of midnight on July 11 and July 12, so they have always celebrated their birthdays on different days.
