Janis joined the recruiting industry back in 2014 and was in a Sales environment 4 years prior to that where she enjoyed reaching her numbers and setting new goals for herself. Recruiting allows her to still have that sales focus while working with both clients and candidates to find the perfect match. What she enjoys most from recruiting is the challenge of finding great talent through research, understanding her clients’ needs and finding what’s right for both the client and candidate. The Chicago native is also an avid runner and enjoys woodworking as well as photography.
