Erica Gosnell

Based outside of Philadelphia in Oxford PA, Erica Gosnell joins Hirewell with nine years of experience in Marketing, Technology, and Analytics recruiting, with Digital Marketing as her primary focus. A West Chester University grad with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Business, she loves being a connector—digging into what candidates truly want and what hiring managers really need to make the perfect match.

Outside of work, you’ll find Erica fishing, swimming, traveling, or exploring new beers, wines, and spirits through what she calls “beverage tourism.” She’s also a proud dog mom to three German Shepherds—equal parts adventure buddies and chaos coordinators.
